is displayed on the HANE website and in the order summary before the order is created.

Since this information may vary depending on the order, it is shown separately before payment for each order.

3. Payment

Secure payment methods offered on the HANE website can be used during the order process.

Payment transactions can be carried out through authorized payment service providers.

The total amount to be paid before the order is completed is clearly shown to the consumer.

4. Delivery

Orders are usually prepared within 2-4 business days.

Prepared orders are sent by cargo.

Delivery time is usually 1-2 weeks after shipping, depending on the location.

Cargo service is free of charge.

Delays caused by shipping or customs processes and outside HANE's control may affect delivery time.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer, subject to the exceptions stipulated by law, may exercise their right of withdrawal without stating any reason within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to them or to a third party designated by them.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to make a clear notification to HANE within this period.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product return and refund process will be carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal are reserved.

6. Return and Refund

If the right of withdrawal is exercised properly, the refund will be made within the periods stipulated by the relevant legislation.

The return procedures and the process for delivering the product to HANE will be carried out in accordance with the conditions specified on the Return & Exchange page.

If the product arrives broken or damaged during delivery, the consumer must contact HANE as soon as possible and, if possible, share photos of the product and its packaging.

For damaged or broken products, HANE will initiate the necessary examination to take back the product and provide an appropriate solution.

7. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

There may be products or services for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised within the scope of the exceptions stipulated in the legislation.

Especially for products prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs, relevant legal exceptions may apply.
