1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded electronically between the parties below.

BUYER

The buyer's name, surname, delivery address, e-mail address and phone number are determined based on the information provided during the order.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER electronically through the HANE website.

The name, quantity, basic features, sales price, and other order information of the purchased product are included in the order summary and order confirmation presented to the BUYER when the order is created.

3. Product Information and Sales Price

The product subject to the Agreement;

Product name,
Product quantity,
Product features,
Unit price,
Total sales price,
Discount amount, if any,
Total amount to be paid

is shown to the BUYER during the order process.

Product prices are the prices valid on the date the order is created.

Applicable taxes are included in the sales price.

4. Payment

The BUYER completes the payment transaction using one of the payment methods offered on the HANE website during the order.

Payment transactions can be carried out through secure payment infrastructures and authorized payment service providers.

5. Order and Conclusion of the Agreement

Before completing the order, the BUYER checks the product, price, delivery, and payment information.

By completing the order, the BUYER acknowledges that they have performed a transaction that obligates them to pay the price of the products subject to the order.

After the order is completed, an order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided by the BUYER.

The Agreement is deemed to have been concluded upon acceptance of the order by HANE.

6. Delivery

Orders are usually prepared within 2–4 business days.

Prepared orders are shipped via cargo.

Delivery time typically occurs within 1–2 weeks after the order is shipped, depending on the location.

Delivery times may be affected by delays caused by shipping companies, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond HANE's control.

HANE exercises due diligence to ensure that the order is delivered within the promised time.

For sales of goods, delivery must be made legally within a maximum of 30 days, unless a longer period is promised to the consumer in advance.

7. Shipping

The standard delivery service offered by HANE is free of charge.

Information regarding the delivery of the order and any special delivery conditions are also shown to the BUYER during the order.

8. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER, within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, subject to legal exceptions, may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to them or to a third party designated by them.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for the BUYER to make a clear notification to HANE within this period.

In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, the process regarding the return of the product will be notified to the BUYER by HANE.

9. Return and Refund

If the right of withdrawal is duly exercised, HANE will refund the collected payments to the BUYER within the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation.

Refunds are made as much as possible through the payment method used during the purchase.

The returned product must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale. Legal exceptions applicable due to the nature of the product are reserved.

10. Damaged or Broken Products

If the product arrives damaged or broken during delivery, the BUYER must contact HANE as soon as possible and, if possible, share photos of the product and its packaging.

After assessing the damage, HANE initiates the necessary process for the return of the product and providing an appropriate solution, depending on the condition of the product.

The consumer's legal rights regarding defective or damaged products during transportation are reserved.

11. BUYER's Obligations

The BUYER;

That the information provided during the order is correct and up-to-date,
That the delivery address is correct,
That they will follow the notifications sent by HANE during the order and delivery process,
That they will keep the product in accordance with its nature after receiving it

accepts.

12. SELLER's Obligations

HANE;

To prepare the product subject to the order in accordance with the specifications stated during the order,
To package the product appropriately,
To ship the order in accordance with the specified delivery conditions,
To act in accordance with the consumer's rights arising from the legislation

is obligated.

13. Personal Data

The personal data shared by the BUYER within the scope of the order and the agreement is processed in accordance with the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) and relevant legislation.

14. Resolution of Disputes

In disputes that may arise within the scope of this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the place of residence of the consumer or where the consumer transaction took place are authorized within the scope of the authority and monetary limits determined by the relevant legislation.

15. Effectiveness

The BUYER accepts the provisions of this Agreement electronically by completing their order through the HANE website.

The Agreement comes into effect upon acceptance of the order by HANE.
